Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a highly organised SHDF Project Administrator to support energy efficiency and retrofit programmes across our housing portfolio. The role ensures projects run smoothly, stay compliant, and meet funding reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and liaise with contractors and residents. A background in admin and housing/retrofit projects is desirable, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or project support role.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in housing, construction, or retrofit projects (desirable).
• Understanding of compliance and reporting processes (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across SHDF-funded retrofit projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with contractors.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for funders and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams, residents, contractors, and external partners to arrange and co-ordinate appointments.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with SHDF guidelines and audit requirements.
