Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) retrofit scheme running through to the end of March. You will oversee the project lifecycle, drive delivery across occupied homes, and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating renewables installation (Solar PV, ASHP, insulation), PAS 2030/2035 compliance, programming, and reporting on KPIs while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering social housing retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of SHDF, ECO or Warmworks contracts.
• In-depth understanding of decarbonisation measures and PAS 2030/2035.
• Valid health and safety qualifications (SMSTS) and CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the SHDF scheme and milestones to end of March.
• Oversee delivery of renewables and insulation works in occupied homes.
• Ensure PAS 2030/2035 compliance across all activities.
• Monitor budgets, sub-contractor valuations, and master programmes.
• Liaise with local authorities and housing associations, chair progress meetings.
• Lead site teams to maintain safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
