Job summary

Retrofit Professionals is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the SHDF retrofit delivery for up to 800 properties in Oxfordshire. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring PAS2035 compliance and coordinating a multidisciplinary team under the Operations Lead.

You will manage subcontractors and internal teams, maintain health and safety standards, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planned works or retrofit projects.
• Knowledge of PAS2035 and SHDF retrofit standards.
• Experience overseeing multiple workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SHDF retrofit works across 800 properties.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
