Niyaa People Ltd on behalf of a well-established housing organisation is recruiting a Shared Ownership Officer on a temporary basis in Worcester with travel to surrounding areas. You will manage shared ownership sales, resales and staircasing from enquiry to completion, guiding customers and coordinating with solicitors and mortgage advisers.

The role requires experience in residential property sales, knowledge of conveyancing, and the ability to handle multiple transactions to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential property sales through to completion.
• Experience with shared ownership sales, resales and staircasing.
• Understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
• Ability to liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage shared ownership resales, staircasing and new-build sales from enquiry to legal completion.
• Provide advice and guidance to customers throughout the process.
• Carry out eligibility and affordability assessments.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and valuers to progress transactions.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely completions.
• Support new-build sales launches and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.
• Monitor sales performance including reservations and completions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver affordable homeownership services.
