Sellick Partnership Ltd are supporting a well-established housing association by recruiting an experienced Resales Executive to join their Home Ownership team.

The role focuses on managing resales of Shared Ownership properties, acting as the main contact for homeowners and prospective buyers, and coordinating sales from instruction through to completion with strong emphasis on compliance and customer service.

Formación

• Experience in busy property sales, residential sales, housing or customer-focused environments.
• Understanding of the property sales process, conveyancing, and mortgages.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Shared Ownership property resales from start to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners and prospective buyers.
• Advise customers on the resale process and provide clear information.
• Assess buyer applications and check eligibility for home ownership schemes.
• Carry out financial assessments and ensure buyers meet qualifying criteria.
• Complete Anti-Money Laundering and other compliance checks.
• Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, HomeBuy Agents and external partners.
• Arrange property viewings and provide accurate property information.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems throughout the sales process.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and external partners.
• Support the promotion of Shared Ownership and other home ownership schemes.
