Job summary

Service Care is seeking an experienced Resales Executive in Eastleigh to manage end-to-end resale of shared ownership properties. You will be the main contact for homeowners and prospective buyers, guiding each sale from enquiry and eligibility through viewing, conveyancing and completion.

The role requires strong property sales knowledge, excellent organisation and the ability to liaise with solicitors, local authorities and external partners. Travel to viewings and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property sales, shared ownership, resales or a comparable home ownership role.
• Strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing process.
• Knowledge of mortgages, affordability assessments and buyer eligibility.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confident managing a varied workload independently and meeting deadlines.
• Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared ownership resales from instruction through to completion.
• Assess buyer applications, eligibility and affordability, including AML requirements.
• Liaise with homeowners, applicants, solicitors, financial advisers and relevant agencies.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and support customers through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records, sales progress updates and management reports.
• Support marketing activity, open days, launches and home ownership events where required.
• Provide clear, empathetic advice to customers, including those in sensitive or challenging circumstances.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.
