Job summary

Pertemps Tm is seeking a Sales Executive in Eastleigh to manage the resale of shared ownership properties from start to finish. You will be the main contact for sellers and buyers, coordinating with solicitors and external partners to move transactions smoothly to completion.

The role requires knowledge of shared ownership schemes, mortgages, and the conveyancing process, plus excellent customer service and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy property sales environment.
• Experience marketing and selling residential property.
• Good understanding of the house sales and conveyancing process.
• Knowledge of shared ownership/home ownership schemes.
• Understanding of mortgages and lender affordability assessments.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market.
• Excellent customer service skills, including dealing sensitively with customers when transactions become challenging.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport, or the ability to travel efficiently between locations.

Responsibilities

• Managing shared ownership resales through to completion.
• Acting as the main point of contact for sellers and purchasers.
• Liaising with solicitors, Local Authorities, Home Buy Agents and external partners.
• Processing buyer applications and assessing eligibility.
• Supporting financial assessments and ensuring Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
• Providing advice on shared ownership and home ownership schemes.
• Arranging and carrying out property viewings and completions where required.
• Keeping buyers updated throughout the sales and conveyancing process.
• Maintaining accurate records and internal systems.
