Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Resales Executive in Eastleigh to manage Shared Ownership property resales from instruction to completion. You will act as the main contact for homeowners and buyers, coordinating sales and ensuring accurate handling of financial and compliance checks.

The role requires experience in residential property sales or housing, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy property sales, residential sales, housing or customer-focused environment.
• Understanding of the property sales process and conveyancing.
• Understanding mortgages, affordability and challenges for first-time buyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shared Ownership property resales from start to completion.
• Act as main contact for homeowners and prospective buyers.
• Advise customers on the resale process with clear information.
• Assess buyer applications and check eligibility for home ownership schemes.
• Carry out financial assessments and ensure buyers meet qualifying criteria.
• Complete AML and other compliance checks.
• Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, HomeBuy Agents and partners.
• Arrange and assist with property viewings and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records and update internal systems throughout the sales process.
• Prepare reports, statistics and updates for management and external partners.
• Support promotion of Shared Ownership and other schemes.
• Assist with open days, launches and housing events.
• Work with internal teams to handle inquiries and cases efficiently.
• Ensure activity complies with legislation, policies and procedures.
