Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Shared Lives Support Officer in Nottingham. You will support the Shared Lives team, manage data and reporting, and contribute to service development in line with targets.

You will liaise with carers and customers, handle information responsibility, and help ensure compliance with GDPR and policy requirements. This role requires strong communication and safeguarding focus.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience in busy office environment.
• Experience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and confidentiality when required.
• Experienced and competent in using IT
• Experience of coordinating meetings and handling actions and outcomes
• Experience providing information to the public using good communication skills
• Experience of Shared Lives and the systems and processes required under the schemes policies and procedures
• Experience of providing detailed reports and information

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Shared Lives team, with confidentiality and safeguarding.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and carers on business processes.
• Oversee information relating to finance, staffing, carers, customers and service requirements.
• Monitor and improve scheme processes and systems for high-quality data and compliance.
• Undertake financial support processes including processing orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including venues and invitations.
• Set up and coordinate the Shared Lives Approval Panel process.
• Promote and market the scheme with the team and scheme manager.
• Produce regular communications to carers, customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare written summaries of meetings and maintain GDPR-compliant records.
