Nottingham City Council is inviting applications for a Fixed Term 1-year post in Shared Lives within the Adult Social Care team. The role is hybrid and 22.2 hours per week across three days, with starting salary of £33,673 rising to £36,581 per annum (pro rata for part-time).

The post involves working with Shared Lives carers, citizens and families to review placements, update support plans and ensure safe, personalised support.

Formación

• Experience working with adults in social care/health/voluntary sector setting.
• Ability to keep clear, accurate records and evidence decisions.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with carers, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Ability to respond calmly and creatively to challenges.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Shared Lives carers, citizens, families and social work colleagues to review placements and update support plans.
• Respond to issues and help ensure people receive safe, personalised support.
• Be part of a service where relationships, good matching and person-centred practice are central.
• Support the growth and development of the Shared Lives service.
