Job summary

Derby City Council is seeking a dedicated Shared Lives Coordinator to support carers delivering high-quality care to vulnerable adults within the Shared Lives Scheme. You will promote a person-centred approach, work to CQC requirements and visit carers in their homes to gather feedback from customers.
