Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Supported Living and Community Outreach teams in Nottingham. You will help customers with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other complex needs to live independently, grow life skills and access community activities.

You’ll work on a rota basis across various settings, assisting with daily living, medication administration and tenancy support while maintaining clear records

Qualifications

• Experience in care and support is welcomed.
• Comfortable using basic IT systems, including emails and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored support based on individual needs, strengths and aspirations.
• Developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments.
• Helping with daily living activities, personal care, health and wellbeing.
• Safely administering and recording medication.
• Maintaining accurate records using NCHA systems.
