Job summary

Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rostering Programme Support Officer for the Shared EPR initiative. The role will act as the central point for the rostering system and NHS ESR, coordinating across GWH, SFT and RUH to ensure accurate data for payroll and pension purposes, while supporting onboarding and workforce reporting.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through relevant experience
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Formal project management qualification
• Formal project qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes, APM PMQ or equivalent
• Management training and or qualification

Responsibilities

• Act as the central support function for the EPR Programme across all three local care organisations (GWH, SFT and RUH), ensuring alignment of activity, documentation and communications across the BSW Hospitals Group.
• Apply senior project support judgement in assessing, escalating and where appropriate helping to resolving programme risks and issues that may affect delivery across the partnership, making recommendations to the Programme Manager and/or Programme Director.
• Support the production of complex, high-quality programme reports, highlight reports, exception reports and board papers, synthesising information from all three organisations and presenting findings clearly for senior leadership audiences.
• Provide specialist project support to the PMO Manager and Programme Manager in the delivery of specific programme workstreams, exercising appropriate judgement.
