Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic eRostering support role to back the HRIS team. The post is a hybrid contract, combining home working with site work at Heatherwood Hospital, delivering Tier 2 helpdesk support across the Trust.

You will update eRostering data, align with ESR, and provide training and guidance to users daily, ensuring accuracy and timely payroll inputs. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Allocate HealthRoster in desk or implementation roles.
• Experience delivering system training.
• Experience in customer service / helpdesk environments.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and management of eRostering across the Trust.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to ensure effective utilisation.
• Embed systems and processes into practice in all areas.
• Process changes and requests for roster templates and staff details.
• Coordinate monthly time and attendance extracts to Payroll for accurate pay.
• Keep eRostering guides up-to-date and provide user training.
• Provide specialist advice on software queries and escalate as needed.
• Communicate deadlines, updates and best practices to users; handle ad-hoc tasks.
