Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust seeks a Systems Administrator to provide first line support for Rostering systems across both sites, delivering straightforward guidance and ensuring a reliable Rostering service for all staff groups.

The role includes preparing training materials reflecting software updates, maintaining data integrity, and helping ensure best practice and uniform delivery of the solutions across the trusts, with collaboration from ESR and a external supplier.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing administrative support to a system.
• Experience of working in a busy / demanding customer service environment
• Experience of dealing with rostering software in the NHS (full training will be provided)
• Experience of using ESR

Responsabilités

• Act as a first line support for Rostering systems users across both sites, providing straightforward advice and guidance.
• Work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive Rostering service to both sites for all staff groups.
• Maintain the systems database as required and advised by the Rostering Manager, ESR Operational Lead and 3rd party supplier.
• Support training materials reflecting software updates or improvements as the project progresses.
• Ensure best practice and uniform delivery of the solutions across the Trusts.
• Draft data and scheduling reporting requirements for the organisations.
