Job summary

PRO TAX in Reading seeks a Share Plans Manager to lead the share plans team in a growth phase. You will advise on the tax treatment of share options and other employee ownership schemes, with EMI/ESS expertise and a focus on reward tax issues.

You will manage staff, mentor junior colleagues and liaise with clients on fees, while staying aware of accounting, employment, and company law implications of share incentives. The role offers progression and strong support.

Qualifications

• Experience in advising on share plans, rewards, and incentives.
• Strong knowledge of EMI and ESS structures and related tax issues.
• Awareness of NIC, capital gains tax, and employment tax implications.
