Job summary

PwC seeks an experienced professional to join its Employee Share Plan team, designing and implementing incentive arrangements for listed and private businesses. Strong tax expertise is essential; legal and accounting skills are helpful but not required. EMI schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs and EOTs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee incentive schemes (EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs, EOTs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage employee incentive schemes meeting client needs and compliance.
• Develop strategic incentive proposals through collaboration, analysis and due diligence.
• Prepare recommendations and present to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Stay updated on legislation and market trends; mentor junior team members.
