Job summary

Pro-Tax in Manchester is seeking a Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager to join its national Employer Solutions team. You will design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes, provide expert tax advice on a wide range of share plans, and draft the legal documentation to support implementation.

You will work with high growth and global clients across sectors, manage projects with senior colleagues, contribute to international share incentive planning, and enjoy hybrid working with

Qualifications

Experience in a Share Plans / Reward team within professional services, legal or consulting environment.
Strong project management and client communication skills.
Ability to deliver high‑quality work to demanding client expectations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes with clients.
Provide expert advice on tax treatment and compliance for share plans.
Draft legal documentation to support share scheme implementation.
Support senior colleagues with project delivery and client relationship management.
Advise on valuations for tax purposes and contribute to international planning.
