Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking a risk and compliance professional to join the International Settlement team in Farnborough. The role focuses on oversight of risk and control activities, policy compliance, and business risk assessment across multiple functions.

You will support policy design, risk reporting, and remediation efforts while engaging with Legal, Compliance, and Business Risk teams in a hybrid setup based in Farnborough.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement job aids and tools to facilitate policy and standard requirements.
• Maintain an accurate library of risks and controls.
• Perform control design reviews and risk assessments; monitor control environment and implement improvements.
• Provide education to employees on policy requirements and control ownership and testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective identification and implementation of controls to manage operational, financial and compliance risks.
• Oversee timely completion of control design reviews and compliance risk assessments.
• Create and distribute monthly risk reporting and complaints data; lead remediation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Payment Network, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operations.
