Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Setting Out Engineer for major on-site works on a western Europe infrastructure project. You will lead precision setting-out, manage spatial data, and ensure millimeter accuracy using robotic total stations and Trimble/Leica kit.

You will collaborate with site teams, process data in Trimble Business Centre, produce topography plans, and help integrate digital models with design.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field experience with survey instrumentation on heavy civil projects.
• Experience with topography mapping and engineering control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for processing field data and drawings.
• CSCS card and a surveying/civil engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Set out and survey on site with robotic total stations to millimeter accuracy.
• Process field data and maintain survey control networks.
• Collaborate with construction crews on earthworks and waterproofing.
• Produce topography plans and manage digital models with project team.
