Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Setting Out Engineer to support a major western European tunnel project. You will deliver millimetre-accurate on-site surveys, manage topography and control networks, and work closely with the design team using Trimble Business Centre and AutoCAD.

On-site role with regular regional travel, full UK driving licence is essential, CSCS card required, and a permanent position offering strong progression and a subsistence allowance for staying away from

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in surveying or civil engineering.
• CSCS card holder.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise setting-out on site with robotic total stations.
• Produce high-accuracy surveys and maintain survey control networks.
• Process field data and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with construction crews on earthworks, waterproofing and internal fit out.
