Job summary

Priory Hospital Woking is seeking a Sessional Therapist for CBT to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a self-employed, contract role offering flexibility around the centre’s needs and your availability.

You will deliver one-to-one CBT, either face-to-face in our clinical environment or online, with steady patient flow and the support of Priory’s trusted brand and governance framework.

Qualifications

• Hold professional registration with HCPC / UKCP / BABCP / BACP / NCPS / BPC / ACAT / ACP as appropriate.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
• Be confident working within clinical governance frameworks, including digital systems, concise clinical notes, and risk management meetings.
• Accreditation with a relevant professional body is required; may consider those working towards accreditation within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Priory Hospital Woking is seeking a Sessional Therapist – CBT to join our team. This is a self-employed, sessional role offering flexibility around the centre’s needs and your availability.

You will deliver one-to-one therapy, supporting clients to achieve their treatment goals, either face-to-face in our modern clinical environment or online.

What you'll bring to the role

You will:

• Hold professional registration with HCPC / UKCP / BABCP / BACP / NCPS / BPC / ACAT / ACP (as appropriate)

• Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
• Be confident working within clinical governance frameworks, including digital systems, concise clinical notes, and attendance at risk management meetings

Accreditation: Accreditation with a relevant professional body is required. In certain circumstances, we may consider applicants who are working towards accreditation, provided this can be completed within 12 months of appointment.
