Priory Hospital Chelmsford is seeking a Sessional Therapist - Family to join our team in a self-employed, sessional capacity. You will deliver one-to-one therapy with clients, either face-to-face in our clinical environment or online, supporting treatment goals with a flexible schedule.

Join a multidisciplinary Priory team, with steady referrals and a strong governance framework. The role offers autonomy, clinical space access, and hybrid on-site/virtual working arrangements.

Competenze

• Professional registration with HCPC/UKCP/BABCP/BACP/NCPS/BPC/ACAT/ACP is required.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience delivering one-to-one therapy and working within clinical governance.

Priory Hospital Chelmsford is seeking a Sessional Therapist - Family to join our team. This is a self-employed, sessional role offering flexibility around the centre’s needs and your availability.

You will deliver one-to-one therapy, supporting clients to achieve their treatment goals, either face-to-face in our modern clinical environment or online.

What you'll bring to the role

We welcome applications from therapists able to offer one or more of the following modalities (delete as appropriate):

CBT, Integrative Therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, Family Therapy, or other specialist modalities.

You will:

• Hold professional registration with HCPC / UKCP / BABCP / BACP / NCPS / BPC / ACAT / ACP (as appropriate)


• Have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience


• Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills


• Be confident working within clinical governance frameworks, including digital systems, concise clinical notes, and attendance at risk management meetings

Accreditation:

Accreditation with a relevant professional body is required. In certain circumstances, we may consider applicants who are working towards accreditation, provided this can be completed within 12 months of appointment.
