Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Crawley is seeking a Session Manager to lead front-of-house operations, supervise a team and ensure outstanding customer experiences in the club. The role covers daytime, evening, late night and weekend shifts as a full-time 40-hour schedule.

The ideal candidate has prior supervision or team-lead experience in hospitality/retail/leisure, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to enforcing company standards and safer gambling practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role.
• Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations.
• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in hospitality/retail/leisure.
• You can challenging the way things are done while enforcing company standards.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with customers.
• Be flexible across all areas of the Club including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar and kitchen, and general housekeeping.
• Run Bingo Sessions including supervising the operation and coaching the team.
• Create a Safer Gambling Environment across all channels (online, in club, live).
