Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about sales and motoring?

We are seeking a confident and professional salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team is enthusiastic about showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive the services and products they need and want.

You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role involves driving sales across the Halfords group by arranging vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes or workplaces.

In this position, you will work closely with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and the Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently and build strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Ability to share expertise with colleagues
• A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
