Senior Sales Executive / Business Development - New Homes

Location: Exeter, Devon, South West.

Salary: Up to c. £40,000 OTE + benefits + commission based on sales performance.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to proactively sell properties and lifestyles near Exeter. The role involves working within a dynamic sales and marketing team, managing customer relationships, and guiding clients through the sales process from tour to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell properties, developments, and lifestyles, primarily off-plan.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, inspiring teamwork and excellence.
  3. Manage a database of prospects, track sales activities, and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Report sales progress regularly to the Head of Sales.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, new home sales, or property development, especially selling off-plan properties.
  • Experience in customer service and business development within a B2C environment.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and travel as needed across the region.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with empathy and professionalism.
  • Commercial acumen and a good sales track record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and experience in luxury property sales are highly advantageous.

This position may suit someone with backgrounds such as estate agent, sales advisor, sales manager, or business development manager in the luxury property sector.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary c. £30,000 - £45,000 OTE plus bonuses and excellent benefits.
