Be our magic ingredient this Christmas and spread seasonal cheer as one of our Services Assistants. In this fast-paced, energetic, and hands-on role, you can help us make good food joyful for all our customers and provide the very best shopping experience. There’s no better time to join our team and share in the excitement of the festive season.

As a Services Assistant, you’ll be the friendly, professional face at our checkouts, self-service tills, kiosk, petrol station, and assist customers with click and collect parcels. Your goal will be to make things as simple as possible for our customers, handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising efficiently.

Regardless of your specific area, you’ll take pride in doing the right thing for our customers and be passionate about helping people. You should also be flexible and willing to support colleagues on the shop floor during quieter times.
