Are you an outdoorsy, active person who loves working with people? Want to spend your summer by the water, helping visitors have fun and stay safe?

We\\\'re looking for Watersports Visitor Assistants to join our team at Alton Water for the 2025 spring and summer season. From hiring out paddleboards to setting up equipment and helping with safety briefings, this is a dynamic, active role where no two days are the same.

What You\\\'ll Be Doing

-Assisting visitors with watersports bookings, equipment, and safety gear

-Supporting the safe launch and return of equipment such as kayaks, SUPs, and pedalos

-Delivering clear safety instructions and helping with basic visitor briefings

-Providing excellent customer service and answering visitor queries

-Helping maintain clean, safe, and organised waterfront and visitor areas

What We\\\'re Looking For

We\\\'re after team players who are:

-Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

-Confident working outdoors and around water

-Comfortable giving safety briefings and instructions

-Enthusiastic and ready to help wherever needed

-Reliable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

-Watersports experience or qualifications (e.g. paddlesports, first aid, lifeguarding) are a big plus-but not essential. Full training is provided!
