Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Consultant to shape customer Strategy and unlock the value of the Now Platform. You’ll work across Managed Services and Professional Services, translating customer needs into compelling, business-focused solutions through discovery, demonstrations and storytelling.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, bid teams and delivery specialists to support opportunities from early engagement to project initiation, ensuring a consistent, high-quality pre-sales

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or solution consulting for ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and ServiceNow capabilities
• Ability to translate customer needs into business-focused solutions
• Proven ability to articulate business value through demonstrations and storytelling
• Excellent collaboration across virtual teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer ServiceNow needs and shape winning responses across Managed and Professional Services
• Contribute to RFPs and proposals ensuring alignment with standards
• Engage with global customers to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency
• Deliver standard and tailored ServiceNow demonstrations with relevant scripts
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Centre of Excellence consultants to share knowledge
• Understand business/technical challenges addressed by ServiceNow and security considerations
• Share practical delivery insights and maintain solution consulting consistency with partner pre-sales teams
