Methods is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant to support business development, shape winning solutions, and provide delivery assurance across our ServiceNow portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and delivery excellence.

You will work with account teams, architects, and delivery teams to ensure opportunities are compelling and deliverable, contributing to bids, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre-sales, or solution design roles.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, App Engine).
• Experience leading solution design for complex digital transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and framework opportunities.
• Delivery assurance, governance reviews, or programme health checks.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Business Development: identify opportunities and lead discovery workshops.
• Solution Design & Opportunity Leadership: define architectures, delivery models, and estimate efforts.
• Delivery Assurance & Quality Governance: provide independent assurance and review artefacts.
• Capability Development: develop ServiceNow propositions and thought leadership.
