Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our ServiceNow platform. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, working with architects, developers and stakeholders to accelerate transformation and value.

You will lead backlog grooming, define epics and acceptance criteria, and ensure scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role emphasizes collaboration and delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
5+ years in ServiceNow Product Owner, Administrator, or Developer roles.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, products, and applications.
Experience in Agile environments and writing epics, user stories, and criteria.
Hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, automation, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary collaboration point from CTO architects to Product team in architecture and design.
Serve as a ServiceNow SME in cross-system design discussions and reference architecture.
Translate business problems into product solution designs and backlog items.
Lead technical product discussions between IT teams and stakeholders.
Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies for enhancements.
Ensure data integrity, security and compliance within the ServiceNow environment.
Coordinate with vendors and consultants as needed.
