Methods seeks an experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant to support business development, shape winning solutions and provide delivery assurance across the ServiceNow portfolio. The role crosses sales, solution design and delivery, working with account teams, architects and delivery groups to ensure compelling, deliverable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre-sales, or solution design.
• Experience guiding bids, proposals and customer presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
• Define solution architectures, delivery approaches and target outcomes for ServiceNow opportunities.
• Produce high-quality solution documentation including architectures and implementation plans.
• Provide independent delivery assurance and governance reviews across engagements.
• Support commercial modelling, effort estimation and client governance boards.
