Methods is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant to support business development, shape winning solutions, and provide delivery assurance across our ServiceNow portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and delivery excellence, collaborating with account teams, architects, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre-sales, or solution design.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, App Engine.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Business Development: identify opportunities and run discovery workshops.
• Lead Solution Design and Opportunity Leadership: define architectures and delivery models.
• Delivery Assurance & Quality Governance: provide independent assurance and review artefacts.
• Collaborate with strategic partners and develop joint opportunities.
• Support commercial modelling, bids, proposals, and presentations.
