Methods is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Assurance Consultant to support business development, shape winning solutions, and provide delivery assurance across our ServiceNow portfolio. You will work with account teams, architects and delivery to ensure opportunities are compelling and deliverable.

You will lead discovery workshops, craft solution approaches, contribute to bids and proposals, and develop business cases and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre-sales or solution design for complex digital programmes.
• Experience leading solution design for multi-stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD and CSM modules is preferred.
• Proven ability to support bids, proposals and customer presentations.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and framework opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Sales & Business Development: identify, qualify and shape ServiceNow opportunities across sectors.
• Lead discovery workshops and craft compelling solutions and business cases.
• Produce high-quality solution docs, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint opportunities and drive delivery assurance.
• Provide independent delivery governance and health checks across programmes.
