Intec Select Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to own a key ServiceNow environment within a growing organisation. The role combines strong ServiceNow knowledge with product ownership, stakeholder management and agile delivery to shape the platform roadmap and deliver measurable business value.

Working with senior stakeholders, ICT teams and external partners, you will be the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring the platform continuously

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Product Manager/Owner or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and platform best practices.
• Experience prioritising product backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear ServiceNow vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, ICT teams and partners to translate needs into platform requirements.
• Own and prioritise the ServiceNow backlog, balancing value, user needs and resources.
• Produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements for delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Ensure platform improvements drive operational efficiency and business value.
