Job summary

Roc Search is recruiting for a senior ServiceNow Platform Lead to own and shape the enterprise ServiceNow platform for a leading UK telecommunications organisation in London. This hybrid role requires strategic governance, architecture oversight and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.

The candidate will drive platform strategy, cost efficiency and performance, while identifying opportunities for automation and AI across complex integrations and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Strong enterprise ServiceNow experience.
Telecommunications experience essential.
Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM and ITOM.
Experience with complex integrations and enterprise platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
Experience owning or leading ServiceNow platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

Own the ServiceNow strategy, roadmap and governance.
Lead platform architecture, integrations and optimisation.
Improve platform performance, adoption and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI.
Work closely with senior technology and business stakeholders.

We’re working with a leading UK telecommunications organisation looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Lead to take ownership of their enterprise ServiceNow platform and shape its future direction.

This is a senior role covering platform strategy, architecture, governance, integrations and optimisation, with the opportunity to drive automation and AI across a complex technology environment.
