SSE is hiring a Service Management Product Manager for the GTS team. You will steer the strategic direction of ServiceNow, aligning platform capabilities with SSE’s business goals and service management needs. You will work with architects, developers and partners to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

The role requires strong ServiceNow expertise, ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and the ability to drive roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across SSE.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow knowledge including ITSM/ITOM capabilities.
• Experience with SIAM and ITIL best practice.
• Ability to translate business needs into platform requirements and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Support strategic roadmap development for ServiceNow in SSE’s GTS.
• Oversee platform features with architects, developers and service partners.
• Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into platform and technical specs.
• Monitor platform performance and outcomes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support governance, security and regulatory alignment of the platform.
