Job summary
SSE is hiring a Product Manager for Service Management Enterprise Platform. You will lead strategic planning for the ServiceNow-based platform, collaborating with architects, developers and SSE’s service partner to translate business goals into prioritized features and technical requirements.
The role requires strong ServiceNow experience, ITSM/ITOM knowledge, and ability to manage stakeholders across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow platform and ITSM/ITOM capabilities.
- Knowledge of SIAM and ITIL best practices.
- Ability to communicate product roadmaps and prioritize features by business value and technical impact.
- Proven track record leading technical teams in Service Management tooling.
- Strong stakeholder management across end users, architects, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and align with business objectives.
- Oversee platform feature development with architects and delivery teams to ensure technical soundness.
- Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into clear platform and technical needs.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization and governance.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
