Job summary

Scottish and Southern Energy is seeking a Service Management Product Manager to lead the ongoing development of ServiceNow within GTS. You will translate strategy into prioritised requirements, working with architects, developers and a service partner to evolve the platform while ensuring governance and security.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align roadmaps, manage priorities, and monitor platform performance, driving improvements and ensuring the platform

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Service Management tooling and delivering IT service improvements.
• Strong ServiceNow experience with ITSM/ITOM capabilities.
• Knowledge of SIAM and ITIL standards and best practice.
• Able to translate requirements into clear platform/technical specifications.
• Experience with third-party management and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic roadmap for ServiceNow in line with business objectives.
• Oversee platform feature development with architects and delivery teams.
• Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into platform requirements.
• Monitor platform performance and drive data‑driven optimisation.
• Ensure governance, security and compliance of the platform.
