Job summary

Computacenter invites a ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our UK-wide practice. You will translate customer needs into viable ServiceNow solutions, delivering demonstrations, discovery work, and storytelling to unlock platform value.

You will collaborate with Sales, bid teams and delivery specialists across Managed and Professional Services, driving high-quality pre-sales activities and ensuring consistent solution shaping for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow in a pre-sales or solution consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ability to bring ServiceNow solutions to life through demonstrations, discovery and business-value articulation.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration across virtual teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer ServiceNow needs and shape winning responses for Managed and Professional Services.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses ensuring alignment with Computacenter standards.
• Engage global customers to identify opportunities for innovation and improved customer experience using the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver standard and tailored ServiceNow demonstrations with relevant product developments and scenarios.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow experts to share knowledge and delivery insights.
• Understand business and technical challenges addressed by ServiceNow solutions, including security considerations.
