Job summary

ServiceNow in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Advisory Presales Solution Consultant focused on Financial Services to guide customers from discovery to value realization on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work with enterprise accounts, interact with C‑Suite executives, and lead cross‑functional teams across sales, engineering, and professional services. UK travel and office presence in Staines and London are required 1–2 times per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Deep experience selling to Financial Services organisations.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical problems in Financial Services and map to ServiceNow solutions.
• Interact with C‑Suite executives and key stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services and product teams to craft solutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and drive RFI/RFP responses.
• Stay updated on product roadmaps and competitive differentiators; support events.
