Qualifications

• Six to ten years of infrastructure development experience with hands-on ServiceNow AIOps configuration and operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Agentic AI capabilities including automated workflows and intelligent responses to events.
• Apply solid understanding of Experience Design to create intuitive ServiceNow interfaces and forms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow AIOps infrastructure solutions to proactively detect anomalies and reduce disruptions.
• Develop intelligent workflows using Agentic AI that automate tasks and improve incident response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate hybrid work requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations.
• Optimize monitoring and event management within ServiceNow for better observability and remediation.
• Configure service mapping and dependency models to show relationships and business impact.
• Drive dashboards and analytics in ServiceNow to deliver actionable insights for performance.
• Integrate ServiceNow AIOps with existing tools to streamline root-cause analysis and reduce manual effort.
• Mentor peers on best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration.
