Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their brand new team.

WARNING: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered for this role.

To be successfully appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configuring the Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow, focusing on customer, technology, and employee workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey optimization and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Strong integration skills with external systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Details:

This role is remote/flexible across the UK, with occasional visits to the nearest office.

Hiring process: Two steps.

Salary: Up to £75,000 annually DOE.

This is a full-time, direct hire position. B2B contracts are not available.
