Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered for this role.

To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflows, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience applications.
• User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer to build modern, intuitive interfaces, configure UI components, and deliver role-based dashboards.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and manage data migration to ensure data integrity across platforms.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform, especially in customer, technology, and employee workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in system integration and data management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible within the UK, with occasional visits to the nearest office.

Hiring process: Two steps.

Salary: Up to £75,000 annually DOE.

This is a full-time, direct hire position (B2B contracts are not available).
