Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK continuously for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces, configuring the Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, focusing on customer, technology, and employee workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Integration skills with external systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional travel to the nearest office.

Hiring process involves two steps.

Salary up to £75,000 annually DOE. This is a full-time direct hire position (B2B contracts not available).
