Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Build modern, intuitive user interfaces using ServiceNow's Experience Layer components, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.

Experience needed:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, focusing on relevant workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in system integration and data management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional office visits. The hiring process involves two steps. Salary up to £75,000 DOE. This is a full-time, direct hire position (B2B contracts not available).
