Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be appointed, obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is required, which involves residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• User Experience: Build modern, intuitive user interfaces using ServiceNow's Experience Layer components, including UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage data migration for consistency.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform focusing on relevant workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Details:

This role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional visits to the nearest office. The hiring process involves two steps. Salary up to £75,000 annually DOE. This is a full-time direct hire position (B2B contracts are not available).
