Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

WARNING: Candidates requiring company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

Note: To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance and have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflows, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience applications.
• User Experience: Build modern user interfaces using ServiceNow's Experience Layer, configuring Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Experience Needed:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform focusing on relevant workflows.
• Deep understanding of customer and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Strong integration skills with external systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide; occasional office visits may be required.

Hiring process involves two steps.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.
