Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their brand new team.

WARNING: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

Note: To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK continuously for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Utilizing ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows.
• Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Managing data migration and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform, especially in CX, TX, and EX workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in system integration and data management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Role is remote / flexible UK-wide, with occasional office visits.

Hiring process: two steps.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.

Full-time direct hire only (B2B contracts not available).
