Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading business process design and operating model transformation in a global matrix organization.
- Proven mastery in Lean Six Sigma, Value-Stream Mapping, and BPMN.
- Experience with modern Product & Platform operating models and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Operating Model Orchestration: Translate the Digital Operating Model into standardized, scalable end-to-end processes across Mars Snacking and Kellanova.
- Cross-Functional Co-Creation: Partner with Finance, Procurement, InfoSec, Risk & Compliance, and P&O to co-create unified procedures.
- Multi-Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops and interviews to clarify roles and decision rights.
- Performance Measurement & KPIs: Establish baselines and dashboards to quantify speed, cost-effectiveness and productivity savings.
- Backlog Prioritization & Execution: Own enterprise process improvement backlog aligned to Digital Transformation goals.
- Capability Building & Mentorship: Coach process analysts and champions in Lean and continuous improvement.
- Workforce Enablement: Create SOPs, playbooks, and learning guides to accelerate adoption.
- Implementation & Sustainable Change: Partner with product lines to deliver lasting business impact.
